ADHD Tests (And Why I Finally Took One)
I decided to get tested for ADHD. For years, people have said I do a lot. And it’s true. I produce shows, write jokes, perform, work a day job, and take care of my family. I thought I managed it all because I love what I do. I also thought my struggles were just part of my personality. Then I learned more about ADHD.
Off the rails (Mar 26, two shows)
Catch me this Thursday, March 26, at Off the Rails Comedy at Clocktower Westboro (418 Richmond Rd, Ottawa). This is a show where comedians talk about their visible or invisible disabilities. I’ll be testing fresh jokes inspired by my recent experience getting assessed for ADHD.

In the Black Is Back
In the Black returns May 8, 2026 to the Shenkman Arts Centre in Ottawa. This stand up comedy showcase features Black performers with connections to Eastern Canada, sharing performances rooted in culture, identity, and community. Enjoy a night of live comedy and a vendor market. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities selected by the performers.

In March 2025, the In the Black stand-up comedy show sold out the Shenkman Arts Centre with more than 140 seats—my biggest show production yet. I'm deeply grateful for the financial support of the ARTicipate grant.
