    Production Manager

    We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager for our In the Black 2.0 stand-up comedy event in East Ottawa in May 2026. This is a paid contract position with a set number of hours. The hourly rate is to be negotiated.

    The Production Manager:
    • coordinates logistics + timelines
    • supports rehearsals and show days
    • keeps the production running smoothly
    • works closely with the Producer + Stage Manager

    Stage Manager

    We’re looking for an experienced Stage Manager for our In the Black 2.0 stand-up comedy event in East Ottawa in May 2026. This is a paid contract position with a set number of hours. The hourly rate is to be negotiated.

    The Stage Manager:
    • Calls cues
    • Manages the run-of-show
    • Coordinates performers backstage
    • Keeps things calm, clear, and on time

    Sponsorship Coordinator

    We’re looking for an experienced Sponsorship Coordinator for a short-term and remote paid contract. This role would support the In the Black 2.0 stand-up comedy event in East Ottawa in May 2026. The person would need to use their own equipment. This is a paid contract position with a set number of hours. The hourly rate is to be negotiated. This outreach role is for you if you’re a detail-oriented, self-starter.

    The Sponsorship Coordinator:
    • interacts with potential sponsors
    • receives sponsor logos and brand files
    • ensures that files meet design needs
    • uploads files to team directory
